Responsibilities:
List properties for sale or rent, create marketing materials and promote properties through various channels, such as social media and property listings websites
Accompany clients to view properties and provide them with information about the properties and the surrounding neighborhoods
Communicate effectively with clients, including providing them with information, answering their questions, and negotiating deals
Responsible for managing the various steps involved in buying, selling, or renting a property, including coordinating inspections, handling paperwork
Have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and stay current with any changes
Network and maintain relationships within the industry
Stay organized and manage time effectively
What we are looking for:
Highly motivated, goal oriented, pleasant and trustworthy personality
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Experience in real estate industry preferred
Passion to succeed
Ability to communicate in other languages is a bonus
Driving license and own car preferred
